Our inherited cultures and traditions are something we carry with us, no matter where we live. They affect our daily lives and those of our friends, neighbours and relatives. In this project, SchoolNet Global students tell us about their traditions, culture and religion: where they come from; how they are celebrated and recorded; what they enjoy - and what would they change.

Students also find out about the history and origins of traditional activities, what is their significance, how did they start, how have they changed over time. Students are encouraged to conduct some of their research within their own communities, and their published work will build a valuable and insightful picture of cultural similarities and differences.
