A Thousand and One Things To Make and Do
"Condensed milk biscuit cake"
by Lisa (11)

Yummy, scrummy.

My favourite thing to do
I enjoy cooking, horse riding and painting.

How to do it
To make a biscuit cake you will need :-

397g tin of condensed milk
225g Plain chocolate
100g butter
25g raisins
275g digestive biscuits

First you need to get a saucepan and put the butter, condensed milk and chocolate into it. Put the rings of the cooker on to a low heat. While the ingredients in the saucepan are melting you put the biscuits into a large sandwich bag. Then you get a rolling pin and roll over the biscuits which are in the bag untill they are finely crushed. Then you add the raisins. When the mixture in the saucepan has melted give it a stir and then turn the heat off. Add the biscuits to the saucepan and mix them all together. Put the mixture into a lined tin. Then put in to the fridge to chill for at least an hour. Hope you enjoy it!

Top tips
To line the tin with foil,

To melt a little bit of white chocolate and put in swirls on the top,

To leave in the fridge for over an hour or else it will be sticky.
