Trees play a vital part in our lives, they provide us with oxygen through the proccess of photosynthesis. Humans have the complete opposite breathing pattern to trees. As they breath in carbon dioxide and breath out oxygen we breath in the oxygen and breath out carbon dioxide. In the Phillipines a staggering 95% of their rain forests have been slaughtered. Mrs Cotton our head of ICT has come up with an amazing idea. In 2012 London are hosting the Olympic Games, and in the spirit of all the olympic athletes from all different nations we are asking that 2012 schools WorldWide would plant a tree to celebrate. This project already has it first trees planted from two schools in England and one in Qatar. Other schools from England, Scotland, France, Germany, USA, Canada, Philippines, Finland have already agreed to plant trees in the next few months.
