It has an infrared transmitter attached on every bin inside Spaceship Earth. When the bin gets too full it automatically throws the waste away. Every room has a bin inside. There are huge waste tanks into which the rubbish is stored in. When these tanks are too full they get put neatly on a nearby planet.
