Literacy week at St.Osmunds

Alexandra is 11 years old. About Alexandra: One of the things which has occurred during our Literacy week was Year 6 using the computer room to write up Schoolnet2000 Investigations. Mrs Michell, an advisory teacher from Tesco came in to school to help us. We learnt how to use a computer on the internet. We wrote up either a modern, re-written fairy tale or a book review of a favourite book. We firstly got an ID and a password code to log on. We then logged on to the Tesco SchoolNet2000 website and we were away! We were split into two groups and one had a morning session and then the other group had the whole afternoon. We also used a scanner and a digital camera.
