About Virgin Cinema:
The Virgin Cinema is at Sixfields in Northampton. It was built in 1994 as an MGM cinema, but opened on the 1st June 1997 as a Virgin Cinema. The chairman is Mr Joe Corrollee and the director is Mrs Margret Taylor and the general manager is Mrs Kate Bines. They employ seventy staff and they are open seven days a week. The booking times are from 11am - 9.30pm. Films start at 1.30pm on Mondays to Fridays, but they start earlier on Saturdays and Sundays. There are nine picture screens and they can accomodate 4,500 people at once. There are several different film ratings: U for children of any age, PG for parent guided films, and 12 or 15 or 18 for people who are older. I like watching exciting films, choosing the 'Scoop N Go' sweets and buying pop corn. Even more exciting, they have now introduced a milkshake bar! I enjoy going to the cinema with my family and friends. The Virgin Cinema has a lovely cafe-bar. There are three Virgin Cinemas in the Midlands and twenty in the U.K. The Virgin Cinema in Northampton might expand. The best thing is that on Saturday mornings it only costs 1.50 for children!
Three things I like:
I like the popcorn and sweets. I like the movies you can watch. I like the people there because they are very polite.
One thing I would change:
Iwould like to change the amount of money it costs.
